Terms and Conditions — arr99 Platform Rules

By accessing or using arr99 — whether through the website at arr99.app, the arr99 mobile app for Android or iOS, or any other arr99 platform — you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and arr99.

If you are browsing arr99 without an account, these terms still apply to your use of the platform's publicly accessible areas. The moment you create an arr99 account, you are confirming full acceptance of these terms, along with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using arr99 immediately and, if you have an account, contact support to close it. Continued use of the platform after you have been informed of any changes to these terms will be taken as your acceptance of the updated version.

To register and use arr99, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must not be on any self-exclusion list on arr99 or have previously voluntarily closed your account and requested not to be contacted.

arr99 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity or address at any time. This may include a copy of a government-issued identification document such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension pending verification, and withdrawal processing may be placed on hold during this period.

To play on arr99, you need to create an account through the registration page at /register. During registration, you will be asked to provide accurate, complete and current information including your name, date of birth , contact details and preferred payment method. You are required to keep this information up to date for as long as your account remains active.

Each player is permitted to hold only one arr99 account. If arr99 discovers that a player holds more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or the same IP address — all duplicate accounts may be closed and any balances or bonuses associated with them may be forfeited. This rule exists to prevent bonus abuse and ensure fair play for all users.

You are fully responsible for the security of your arr99 login credentials, including your username and password. Do not share your login details with anyone. arr99 staff will never ask you for your password through any channel — chat, email or phone. arr99 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account creation does not guarantee ongoing access to the platform, and arr99 may impose additional verification requirements at any stage of the account's lifecycle.

All deposits on arr99 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). arr99 currently supports the following deposit methods:

Deposits are credited to your arr99 account balance once the payment has been confirmed by the relevant payment network. For JazzCash and Easypaisa, this typically happens within a few minutes. Bank Transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. If a deposit does not reflect after the expected time, contact arr99 support with your payment transaction reference and the issue will be investigated promptly.

arr99 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside arr99's control. You should check your wallet or bank's terms before initiating a deposit.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process. These limits may vary depending on your payment method and your current VIP tier. arr99 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

Deposits made through a payment method must be used for genuine gaming activity. Depositing funds solely to meet a withdrawal threshold without placing wagers is not permitted and may result in the transaction being declined or reversed.

You may request a withdrawal of your available arr99 balance at any time through the Deposit section of the platform. Withdrawals are processed back to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. If that is not possible, arr99 support will work with you to arrange an appropriate alternative.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, arr99 may request identity verification documents. This is a standard procedure to protect players and prevent fraudulent activity. Providing accurate and up-to-date verification documents at the time of registration avoids delays when you first request a withdrawal.

Standard withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and account tier. VIP members benefit from priority withdrawal processing, meaning their requests are handled ahead of the standard queue. All withdrawal amounts are settled in PKR.

arr99 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these terms or an incomplete verification process. In such cases, arr99 will inform you of the reason and the steps required to resolve it.

arr99 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each bonus has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, validity periods and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus winnings. These individual bonus terms are displayed at the point of opt-in and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

General bonus rules that apply across all arr99 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one eligible account per household, device or IP address.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between players or converted to cash prior to completion of wagering requirements.
• arr99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or remove any promotion at any time, including in response to evidence of abuse.

All games available on arr99 — including fish games, slots, live casino, sports betting and any other game type in the game lobby — are governed by their own individual rules, which are accessible within each game or betting market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

For sports betting, including cricket markets covering PSL, T20 internationals and other tournaments, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds may change before a bet is confirmed, and the final accepted odds will be shown in your betting history.
• arr99 reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors, data feed failures or circumstances outside its control, including match abandonment or venue changes that materially affect the outcome.
• Live betting markets are subject to suspension and re-opening throughout a match. arr99 is not liable for bets that cannot be placed during a suspension window.
• Results are determined by official match outcomes as reported by the relevant cricket or sports governing body. arr99's decision on the settlement of any disputed bet is final.

For casino and fish games, the return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and is based on long-term statistical averages. Individual session results will vary. arr99 does not influence game outcomes, which are determined by certified random number generators within each game.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on arr99. Engaging in any of them — whether confirmed or reasonably suspected — will result in immediate account action, including suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one arr99 account under any identity, device or payment method combination.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, borrowed or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an arr99 account.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus terms through coordinated betting, match betting between accounts or any method designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming risk.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes to the detriment of arr99 or other players.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, macros or any automated tool to place bets, play games or interact with arr99 systems without human input.
• Money laundering: Using arr99 to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to layer or integrate illicit funds through gaming activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or wallet provider for a deposit made to arr99 without first contacting arr99 support to resolve the issue.
• Underage access: Allowing or enabling a person under 18 to access arr99, whether by sharing credentials or otherwise.

arr99 may suspend or close a player's account at its discretion. Reasons for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms and Conditions, failure to complete identity verification, fraudulent activity, chargebacks or disputes, extended inactivity or a request by the player themselves.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will be notified by email. During a suspension, you will not be able to log in, deposit, play or withdraw. If the investigation concludes in your favour, full access will be restored. If the investigation confirms a breach of terms, the account may be permanently closed and funds may be forfeited in part or in full, depending on the nature of the breach.

If you wish to close your arr99 account voluntarily, contact support through the platform. Your account will be closed and any remaining balance (subject to verification requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Players who have opted for self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools will have their closure requests processed immediately without requiring a waiting period.

Inactive accounts — those with no login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months — may be classified as dormant. arr99 will notify you before applying any dormant account policy and will always process a withdrawal of your remaining balance upon request regardless of inactivity status, provided verification requirements are met.

All content on the arr99 platform — including but not limited to the arr99 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of arr99 or its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership rights over arr99 content.

You are permitted to access and use arr99 content for your own personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any arr99 content without explicit written permission from arr99.

In no event will arr99's total liability to you exceed the amount currently held in your arr99 account balance at the time the claim arises. arr99 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or speculative losses including loss of profits, loss of earnings or emotional distress.

arr99 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
